Legal Basis
In accordance with Article 50 (Establishment of Association) of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry
Purpose of Establishment
To promote the rights and interests of construction contractors by maintaining their dignity and strengthening mutual cooperation, and to achieve the sound development of specialty construction by carrying out various projects aimed at improving construction-related systems and enhancing specialized construction technologies, thereby contributing to the development of the national economy.

Conducting research and studies on construction-related laws, systems, and policies, and promoting policy improvements.

Improving contract systems and facilitating dispute resolution and arbitration to create a fair bidding environment.

Education, promotion, and improvement of labor-related laws and systems to advance specialized construction technologies and develop skilled personnel.
