Dear Members and Visitors,
I am Yoon Hak-Soo, Chairman of the Korea Specialty Contractors Association (Central Association).
I sincerely thank you for visiting our website.

As we mark the Association’s 40th anniversary, we are preparing for another leap forward, building upon the achievements of the past. We will take the lead in creating a fair subcontracting environment, securing appropriate construction costs, and advancing institutional improvements so that specialty contractors receive the recognition they deserve and the industry grows into one that inspires the younger generation.

Amid rapid changes in the construction environment—such as regulatory reforms, workforce restructuring, and digitalization—we will continue to enhance our administrative systems, improve the quality of member services, and operate transparently to establish a foundation for sustainable growth.

We hope this newly renovated website will serve as a hub for information and communication, as well as an open channel connecting the voices from the field. Moving forward, we will remain a trusted and approachable Association, always working alongside our members.
